Reverence Summerlin Overview

Reverence is a 300-acre Summerlin village built exclusively by Pulte Homes, set on an elevated ridgeline against the dramatic backdrop of Red Rock Canyon. It opened in June 2017 as Summerlin's northernmost village, and Summerlin reported in 2021 that Reverence had sold out of new homes. Today every purchase is a resale.

The village combines the guard-gated neighborhoods known as The Heights at Reverence with additional neighborhoods outside the guard gate, so buyers can choose the level of privacy and price that fits them. Reverence attracts relocating families, empty nesters seeking low maintenance living, and buyers who want a newer home close to the mountains.

Location on Summerlin's Western Edge

Set on Summerlin's western edge at the base of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Reverence offers miles of walking trails and access to Summerlin's 150-plus miles of interconnected trails, making this one of the best Summerlin neighborhoods for outdoor enthusiasts and those who want an active lifestyle. Pulte describes the setting as having no future development to the west, and later Summerlin materials place Reverence beside the La Madre Mountain Wilderness Area at about 3,200 feet of elevation.

The private Clubhouse at Reverence includes a state of the art fitness center, a resort-style pool with beach entry and wet deck, a lap pool and spa, pickleball courts, an event lawn, and gathering spaces designed for connection and relaxation. The 16,000-square-foot clubhouse is reserved for residents of the neighborhoods inside the guard gate.

Inside the gates, you will find homes from the $900s to over $3M with a curated mix of single story and two story designs. Pulte offered 23 floor plans across its collections, with exteriors inspired by Craftsman, Prairie, Hacienda, Farmhouse, and Desert Contemporary styles. Many homes feature open living spaces, indoor and outdoor integration, and energy efficient features such as tankless water heaters and Low-E windows.

For recent sales, the Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty Q3 2026 market update, based on Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS data, reported eight closed sales in Reverence in the third quarter of 2026 with a median price of $1.03 million and an average of 35 days on market. Four of those sales were between $500,000 and $1 million, two between $1 million and $2 million, and two above $2 million, which shows how wide the range is. Neighborhoods Within Reverence

Pulte's site map shows seven neighborhoods inside the guard gate: Ascension, Canyonside, Copperhead, Granite Hills, The Peaks, The Point, and The Terrace. Granite Hills and The Terrace are single-story collections. Outside the guard gate, Reverence includes neighborhoods such as Hillcrest and Keystone, and Pulte later added Monument, a townhome neighborhood.
